Bio
Erin Hayes Kelly is a Research Specialist at Shriners Hospitals for Children - Chicago. She completed her PhD in Community and Prevention Research within the UIC Department of Psychology in 2005. Dr. Kelly has conducted hospital-based research with young people with spinal cord injury (SCI) since 2000, and her current work focuses on examining psychosocial outcomes among youth with spinal cord injury (SCI) and their primary caregivers. She is interested in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to understanding issues facing youth with disabilities and their families, and using research findings to improve outcomes.
