Bio
Kristen Connolly is the Community Support Coordinator of the Institute on Disability and Human Development (IDHD), the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) for the State of Illinois. Ms. Connolly has a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in disabilities from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has worked with adults and children with developmental disabilities in various settings and provided assistance through direct practice, advocacy, and policy reform. Her work supports the empowerment of underrepresented groups and collaborative solutions to community needs.
